The townhouse EVOLUTION 152 V2 is from the outside in clinker style. In combination with the black gable roof and the black bay window, it becomes a modern detached house by the supplier Bien-Zenker. The interior of the house with pitched roof also impresses with its modern design. The center of the house is located in the living and dining area of the townhouse. From there it goes directly into the open kitchen. There is also another room on the ground floor of the Bien-Zenker house. In this a work or guest room can be furnished. Next to it is a shower room. In the attic, the Bien-Zenker architects are planning the retreat for the family of the EVOLUTION 152 V2. The parents have a bedroom with dressing area. For the children, two rooms are provided in a family house.
